Virtual Exchange to Develop Cultural, Language, and Digital Competencies

Many researchers have underlined the benefits of student mobility in strengthening their communication skills. Studying a foreign language and fostering knowledge about behavioural attitudes are most common research cases. One major issues mobility, by its very nature, is that it implies significant travel accommodation costs. Virtual or Exchange (VE), can be introduced as proactive alternative solution. This work presents an evaluation telecollaborative online course model organised VE between German Moroccan universities. It was established to explore integrating experience practicing some 21st-century elements tools for development intercultural, language, digital competencies from perspective mobility. In this paper, we present design, structure, progress. Then, evaluate first overcome challenges similar future experiences could face. We analyse proposed interactions different actors, feedback.
